Once your item has been shipped out, The Flip Flop Boutique is no longer responsible for it. Most items are shipped with tracking information from the USPS, please contact us if you would like the tracking information for your order. The Flip Flop Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

At The Flip Flop Boutique, we offer quality service and accuracy.

IF YOU LOOK GOOD, WE LOOK GOOD! If you order a Bow Flip Flops product and you feel it has become damaged due to our craftsmanship, you may send it back and receive a new one or a similar replacement if original item is no longer available. Since each of our products is custom made for each order, we do not offer returns or refunds.

*If you order the incorrect size, an exchange can be made. There is a size exchange fee of $5, plus the cost of return shipping.

Sizing etc

Please check the sizing guides to ensure you order the correct size. We do not exange or return if you choose the incorrect size, color, ribbon, rhinestone color etc.
