    When will my item ship/ How long does it take for my order to get made?

    Every order from Bow flip Flops is custom and hand made for each client, so it takes our dedicated team a little time to fulfill orders from our many wonderful clients!
    Orders ship out in approx 2 weeks.

        Do you have ivory flat flip flops?

        Our ivory flip flops come in a low or high wedge only. The low wedge is very low though, only 3/4 of an inch more than a flat & just as comfy and easy to walk in. Most brides looking for a flat flip flop have great success with the ivory low wedge.

        I am a half size, should I order the size up or down?
        All of our flip flops come in whole sizes only. If you always or mostly wear a half size in women's sizes, most ladies get the best fit from ordering up to the next size. I.e. if you wear a 7.5, the 8 is probably the best fit. We have had some feedback that ordering down is better, so we do not want to steer you in the wrong direction. The best way is to order the size you usually wear in shoes- or for half sizes and you do not normally go up or down, then please use the measurement chart to double check you are ordering the correct size, as if you need to have them re-sized, there will the a $12.50 re-sizing fee per pair. 

        *For wedge flip flops, if you have a very narrow foot, you may get a better fit from ordering down if you are a half size, as the strap looseness is designed for a normal width foot.

        Fit:
        We have designed our flip flops to fit most ladies feet in a way that is not only cute but comfortable. Every woman’s foot will not fit exactly the same in every shoe so we cannot guarantee that our flip flops will fit perfectly for every single customer. Please check our sizing chart and guide if you need help selecting the best size for you. The width, strap fit (snugness/looseness) or feel of the flip flops works amazingly for over 95% of our customers. But please be aware that due to the differences in each woman’s foot we cannot guarantee it will be perfect for you and we do not refund or return flip flops for any reason, as each one is custom made for each order. 
        We do offer sizing exchanges for a $12.50 exchange fee per pair and the customer is responsible for shipping the flip flops back to us at their cost before we can make the new pair. If you have any questions before placing your order, please let us know and we are happy to help give you any advice that may help in your selection. The final selection will be your own choice(s). Once an item ships out, it cannot be returned and refunded for any reason unless we have made an error in the production (such as incorrect size or color), in which case we do not accept returns, but we will fix or replace the item in a timely manner.  

        My flip flops are too big or small, can I return/ exchange them?
        Every order is CUSTOM MADE. This means we do not have ready made flip flops & do not accept returns for a refund in any circumstances. We do offer re-sizing for a smaller or larger size,in the exact same design that was originally ordered.  There is a resizing fee PLUS return shipping cost for EACH PAIR for re-sizing.This covers our time and materials to re-make them PLUS the shipping cost to send them back to you.

          How long does USA shipping take?

          All orders come with tracking , however once the label is printed & the package leaves our studio, Bow Flip Flops is no longer responsible for your item(s). We are happy to help provide the tracking number for you.

          If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact us after you place your order & we will be happy to set it up for you. Rates depend on the amount purchased. Please understand that if you choose not to purchase insuarnce & your package is damaged or lost, Bow Flip Flops will not replace it.

          What if my package has not arrived/ package says it is delivered but I did not receive it? 

          The USPS will scan every package when it is delivered. If your item shows up in the tracking as deleivered, then please do the following:

          1. Check the shipping address on your receipt to ensure it is the correct address. 

          2. Many of our packages come in a box that will not fit in most mailboxes. Please check your porch, front door, garage, or any other location it may have been left. If you leave in an apartment/condo/community then please check the front office, as it may have been left there.

          3. If you still cannot locate it, please call your local post office & provide the label/tracking number (we can provide that for you!). We have found you may have better luck with your local post office than the 1800 number. They should be able to open a case for a lost package for you. If you can also talk to your local carrier, they may be able to tell you where it was delivered.

          International orders & shipping:

          When a package is shipped internationally, it leave the USA through the shipping hub in Chicago, IL. Your tracking will not be updated from Chicago until it has cleared customs in your country. Customs clearance can take several days, up to 2 weeks. Once it has cleared customs the tracking information should update that it is on the way to being delivered.

          Once a package has left the USA, we are no longer able to get any information from the USPS. Information can only be obtained by you, to your country postal serivce.You may not be able to obtain any information until the package has cleared customs.

          All orders come with tracking , however once the label is printed & the package leaves our studio, Bow Flip Flops is no longer responsible for your item(s). We are happy to help provide the tracking number for you.

          I am ordering from outside the USA, what USA size do I wear?

          Please contact us at info@bowflipflops.com  and we will be happy to assist you! Please note that during the day, we are busy making orders so it can take up to 24 hours to receve a response, though we will try to get to every single message as soon as possible!

          We are usually not open on Saturday or Sunday, so if you contact Bow Flip Flops after CST 5pm on Friday, you may not receive a message back until Monday morning. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to helping you with your questions and order!
