Please keep in mind that every item in our shop is 100% hand made in the Bow Flip Flops studio. As with all hand made items, they are not 100% perfect as with an item manufactured by machines. We always strive to be very meticulous with craftsmanship but there may be signs that your item is made by hand. A spot of glue here or can happen, since that is what is used to adhere bows and ribbons to your beautiful flip flops. Please keep this in mind and remember that hand made items are unique and one of a kind and made with love!
Bridal Flip Flops uses several different flip flop suppliers. If you are unsure of sizing, please contact us and we will do our best to advise you, however please be aware that when you choose a size, if you do not like how it fits, there will be a re-sizing and return shipping fee to exchange for sizing.
Returns, Refunds & Echanges:
Every single item we make is custom and hand made for every order. Due to the very custom nature of our products, we do not offer any returns or refunds.
Cancellation: If you have placed an order, you may cancel it as long as you notfiy us within 24 hours of the order being placed & it does not include a rush (since we immediately start working on rushes that come it).
Please send a message to info@BowFlipFlops.com in 24 hours or less after placing your order to request a cancellation and it will be processed within 1 business day.
EXCHANGES
SIZE / COLORS / HEEL HEIGHT EXCHANGES : If you have any questions or concerns regarding sizing or colors, please contact us as colors of flip flops or ribbons may differ from a picture on your computer screen. We would be happy to advise! Colors or designs can change slightly from season to season. We do our best to advise you, though in the end when a design is chosen and ordered, the sale is final.
If you are not happy with the sizing or color of your flip flops, we do offer sizing & color exchanges for $12.50 per pair. We charge this fee as we make every pair custom & do not keep items in stock to be re-used etc. This covers some of the cost for us to re-make them, plus the shipping to get them back to you.

*When placing your order, if you do not specify colors or design details, your order will be made in the colors/design in the first listing photo of the item you purchased.
Fit:
We have designed our flip flops to fit most ladies feet in a way that is not only cute but comfortable. Every woman’s foot will not fit exactly the same in every shoe so we cannot guarantee that our flip flops will fit perfectly for every single customer. Please check our sizing chart and guide if you need help selecting the best size for you. The width, strap fit (snugness/looseness) or feel of the flip flops works amazingly for over 95% of our customers. But please be aware that due to the differences in each woman’s foot we cannot guarantee it will be perfect for you and we do not refund or return flip flops for any reason, as each one is custom made for each order.
We do offer sizing exchanges for a $12.50 exchange fee per pair and the customer is responsible for shipping the flip flops back to us at their cost before we can make the new pair. If you have any questions before placing your order, please let us know and we are happy to help give you any advice that may help in your selection. The final selection will be your own choice(s). Once an item ships out, it cannot be returned and refunded for any reason unless we have made an error in the production (such as incorrect size or color), in which case we do not accept returns, but we will fix or replace the item in a timely manner.
