How fast will you get your order?

Most orders are completed within 2-3 business days plus the shipping time it takes to get to you. Free shipping is USPS first class mail, which takes approximately 3-7 days in shipping time. 

Need your order more quickly? 

If you need your item more quickly, you can add a RUSH to your order within the item listing. A rush means your item will ship out in 1-2 business days, plus time in shipping.

We only carry the following colors & heel heights:
FLAT FLIP FLOPS -in black and white in ladies and girls sizes. 
WEDGE FLIP FLOPS - 1.25 inch, 2 inch or 3.5 inch HIGH heel in white or ivory in ladies sizes. 

IVORY does not come in flat flip flops. The 1.25 inch low wedge is just a comfy (maybe more!) than the flats & is only 3/4 of an inch higher in the back, so it is a great option if you are looking for ivory & do not want heeled flip flops.

Children:   8/9, 10/11,  12/13, 1/2, 3/4

SIZE / COLORS EXCHANGES : If you have any questions or concerns regarding sizing or colors, please contact us as colors of flip flops or ribbons may differ from a picture on your computer screen. We would be happy to advise! Colors or designs can change slightly from season to season. We do our best to advise you, though in the end when a design is chosen and ordered, the sale is final.
If you are not happy with the sizing or color of your flip flops, we do offer sizing & color exchanges for  a fee to have them re-made & re-shipped after you have sent them back to us. For a sizing/ color exchange, please print the form from the following link & send back with the applicable fee.

ALL SIZES are in USA SIZES. Please notify us immediately of any sizing changes. 
International shipping : if your package has not arrived in the processing/shipping time as ordered, please contact your local post office  & provide them with the tracking number that was emailed to you when your order shipped out.  We cannot track packages in other countries once they leave the USA & are no longer responsible for them. We will not replace lost packages once they leave the USA.  Your tracking information will show your package departing the USA from Chicago - it will not be updated until it has gone through customs in your country - it is not stuck in Chicago - please be patient and wait for it to go through customs - it can take a little while!
CUSTOMS FEE/ VAT: You may incur a customs fee for orders outside USA, the cost will depend on the country you are in & order total. Our shipping costs do not cover customs fees. Please check with your country's customs department for information. We cannot pay customs fees and have no control over other countries customs departments, so please contact them if you have any questions on what the customs cost will be or if you will have one.

Please keep in mind that every item in our shop is 100% hand made in the Bow Flip Flops studio. As with all hand made items, they are not 100% perfect as with an item  manufactured by machines. We always strive to be very meticulous with craftsmanship but there may be signs that your item is made by hand. A spot of glue here or there can happen, since that is what is used to adhere bows and ribbons Please keep this in mind and remember that hand made items are unique and one of a kind and made with love!

We do not accept returns/ refunds on any item in our shop. We custom design and make every product for each order. Please keep in mind the time it takes to design, make & ship your order. If there is an problem or issues with the size you chose, Bridal Flip Flops will work with you to see if there is a solution or change that can be made. There is a size exchange fee, and other fees may be applicable. Please see the policies section regarding returns and replacements for more information.

AFTER YOUR ITEM HAS SHIPPED: We provide  tracking for orders, once it has been scanned & shipped , we are no longer responsible for your item once the tracking information shows it has departed from our location. Please contact us to purchase insurance if you would like to do so.
We will not return/exchange/reimburse for items or shipping that do not arrive for the date you need them, as long as we shipped them out by the date that we promised. This means that if we shipped them out on time, it is not the responsibility of Bow Flip Flops if the shipper delayed your package or did not get it to you in the time you wanted. It is outside of our control!
